Trash and Debris Removal
One of the unique services we offer is trash-hauling to remove debris that construction crews may have left behind. We can pick up large items like couches or leftover materials.
Pro Disinfection
Our team is certified in the Global Biorisk Advisory Council’s outbreak prevention, which means we know how to properly sanitize against bacterial and viral threats, including COVID-19. This keeps workers safe, job sites operational, and on schedule.
Specialty Cleaning
We offer pressure-cleaning of exterior surfaces; precious stone surface cleaning; glass windows and doors, frames, and tracks detailing; specialty floor care including polishing, stripping, waxing; and deep carpet cleaning.
Flexible Scheduling
With 450 employees, we manage our teams to be responsive. We offer day, night and weekend shifts to accommodate changing construction project schedules. If a client is dealing with an unexpected delay, we’ll reschedule without charging fees.

We have been using Total Cleaning for about 18 months on various construction projects and have had very good service from them. They come out to the job site within a day or so, price up the work typically the same day, and show up when scheduled. They have a follow up process like I have not seen with any cleaning company. Someone follows up the next day and then about a week after to make sure everything went well. They have picked up all the cleaning services on my projects as well as other PMs.
