Responsibilities and Support

Liz’s main role as HR Director is to oversee talent management and ensure that we recruit and hire individuals with the necessary qualifications to excel in their roles. She also focuses on corporate positions and provides support and guidance to our employees in the field. Liz is dedicated to creating a friendly atmosphere while maintaining a structured and process-driven approach to ensure high performance. She handles employee benefits, compliance, performance management, and employee relations, striving to provide our team members with the resources they need to succeed.

Liz’s favorite part of working in HR is the opportunity to help people and make a difference in their lives. She finds joy in coaching and mentoring individuals, assisting them in their career growth. Our team goes through the Cleaning Management Institute’s custodial technician certification, which includes detailed training on various cleaning techniques and management skills. This training ensures that our team members are well-equipped to handle any cleaning task. Additionally, specialized training in areas like bloodborne pathogens and chemical management is offered to employees working in healthcare facilities, further enhancing their expertise.
